In short
LittleZzz is for parents and caregivers aged 18 or older. It is not made for children to use.
It is not a medical device and not medical advice. It never tells you which medicine or dose to give. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your baby's information is health information. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it except as this policy explains.
You can export or delete all your data at any time inside the app.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime in your store account settings.
1. Who we are
LittleZzz, including the mobile apps for iPhone and Android and the website at littlezzzbaby.com where you can sign in from any browser (together, the "App"), is provided by NDC Holding LLC, a company registered in New York, USA ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for your personal information as described in this policy.
Contact: info.ndcholdingllc@gmail.com · Postal address: 475 Hickory Street, Buffalo, NY 14204, USA
2. Who the App is for
The App is meant for adults aged 18 or older who are parents, legal guardians, or caregivers authorized by a parent.
The App is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts or use the App.
Information about a baby or child is entered by the parent or guardian, who decides what to record. By adding a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or have the parent's or guardian's permission.
If we learn that a child has given us personal information directly, we will delete it.

Your device
Voice recordings: we do not store audio. Speech is turned into text by your phone or by Apple / Google, under their own privacy policies; we receive and store only the resulting text.
Health information: much of the above is health information about your child and about the mother (for example temperature, medicines, feeding and pumping). Many laws treat it as sensitive, and so do we. We collect and use it only with your consent, which you give when you start using the App and enter it, and only to provide the features you use.
What we do not collect: precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or any data for advertising. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.
4. How we use your information
To run the App: save your logs, show summaries, charts, nap predictions and insights, and create the doctor report when you ask.
To send the reminders you set (for example medicine times).
To answer your questions in the AI parent chat.
To sync your data between your devices and the family members you invite (when cloud sync is turned on).
To manage your subscription and give you the features you paid for.
To keep the App secure, fix problems and provide support.
To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for advertising or marketing to others, or use it for profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Where your data is stored
On your phone: logs are saved on your device.
In the cloud (only when you use cloud sync or family sharing): a copy is stored encrypted on secure servers so it can sync between devices and family members. These servers may be located in the United States or other countries.
The duas and surahs library is built into the App and works without sending data anywhere.
6. AI parent chat
When you use the AI chat, your question, your child's age and a short summary of today's logs are sent to our server and processed by our AI service provider to write an answer.
We do not send your child's name, photos or full history to the AI provider.
We choose AI providers that do not use your messages to train their AI models, and we keep chat messages only as long as needed to show your chat history (you can delete it).
The AI chat gives general information only. It is not medical advice, it will never suggest a medicine or dose, and it may make mistakes. See section 4 of our Terms of Use.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only:
With people you choose: family members or caregivers you invite can see the shared child's logs. You can remove them at any time.
With service providers who help us run the App (for example cloud hosting, the AI service provider, subscription management, crash reporting). They may use the data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that require confidentiality and security.
With Apple and Google as needed for sign-in, payments, notifications and voice assistants, under their own policies.
When you export it: for example when you share a doctor report. After you share it, the recipient controls their copy.
For legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect someone's life or safety. Where allowed, we will tell you first.
In a business transfer: if NDC Holding LLC or the App is merged, sold or transferred, your information may move to the new owner, who must keep protecting it under this policy. We will notify you before that happens.
8. How long we keep information
Your logs stay until you delete them, delete a child profile, or delete your account.
When you delete your account, we delete your cloud data within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
9. Your choices and rights
Everyone, everywhere, can:
See and export their data (doctor report or full export).
Correct any entry by editing or deleting it.
Delete single entries, a child profile, or everything, using Family → Delete all data, or by deleting your account in the App.
Withdraw consent to health data processing at any time by deleting the data and stopping use of the App.
Turn off notifications, voice assistant access, and the AI chat.
Contact us at info.ndcholdingllc@gmail.com with any request. We answer within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows), and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
10. Extra information by region
United States.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information for anything other than providing the App, so no "opt-out" is needed.
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to appeal our decision by replying to our answer.
Washington State, Nevada and Connecticut consumer health data: we collect consumer health data only with your consent and only to provide the App. We share it only with service providers and the people you choose. You can see a list of the third parties it was shared with, withdraw consent, and ask us to delete it. We never sell it.
If there is a breach of your health information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Health Breach Notification Rule and state laws.
Children's privacy (COPPA): the App is used by adults. Information about a child is provided by the parent or guardian, who can review and delete it at any time.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Controller: NDC Holding LLC.
Legal bases:
Your explicit consent for health data.
Performance of our contract with you, to provide the App and your subscription.
Our legitimate interests in keeping the App secure and working.
Legal obligations.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time.
Complaints: you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Transfers: when data is sent outside your region, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Bangladesh and other countries. We follow the data protection laws that apply to you. If your local law gives you additional rights, contact us and we will honor them.
11. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest for cloud data, access limits, and regular security reviews.
No system is 100% secure. Please protect your phone with a passcode.
If a data breach affects you, we will tell you without unreasonable delay, as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the App before they take effect. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the latest version.
